FACTS TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

**The person registering in FACTS must be the responsible party for the method of payment

  • FULL PAYMENT:  The entire amount of tuition and fees is to be paid, in cash or check, by July 1, 2012 in the Business Office or with FACTS agreement.
  • SEMI-ANNUAL PAYMENT: The tuition payment will be divided into two payments.  The first payment is due on August 5 or August 20, 2012 and the second payment is due on January 5 or January 20, 2013. 
  • 10 MONTHLY PAYMENTS:  Tuition is paid over a 10 month period.  The 10 month payment plan begins in August and ends in May.  A full monthly payment may be paid on the 5th or 20th of each month.  Bi-monthly payments can also be made and are due on the 5th and 20th of each month.  
  • 12 MONTHLY PAYMENTS:  Tuition is paid over a 12 month period.  The 12 month payment plan begins in June and ends in May.  A full monthly payment may be paid on the 5th or 20th of each month.  Bi-monthly payments can also be made and are due on the 5th and 20th of each month. 

  1. ELECTRONIC DEBIT, as authorized by parents, from their bank accounts (checking or savings accounts).  It is important to note that FACTS Management Company and Central Christian Academy never see your bank account nor have any direct access to your account.  The automatic payment process is strictly controlled by state and federal laws to remain completely confidential and limited to what has been authorized by the parents.

  2. CREDIT CARDS (Visa, American Express, Discover or Master Card)

        FEES:  A return fee of $55 will be assessed, thru             FACTS, for all Non-sufficient Fund (checking) and Do         Not Honor (credit) transactions.                                     ($30 FACTS/$25 CCA)

 

DISCOUNT AND FEES

        Discount:  Upon request, to the CCA Business                 Office, a one time multi-child discount can be                   applied during the school year: $50 discount for a             second child; $100 discount for each child                       thereafter.

        Sports Fee (Payable to CCA before season begins):

        5th - 6th Boys/Girls Intramural       $25.00

        7th - 8th Boys/Girls Middle School   $50.00

        7th - 8th Cheerleading                   $50.00

          Band Fee:

        Annual     $450/$50 monthly  (Sept - May)

        2nd child  $225/$25 monthly  (Sept - May)

        Band payments are attached to FACTS agreement             and may be paid in full or in monthly installments             beginning in September.
