The Head Cook works closely with the Director of Food Service and kitchen staff to prepare and serve meals for our students. This role provides leadership in daily food preparation, kitchen organization, food safety, equipment care, and inventory management. The Kitchen Support Staff works alongside the Director of Food Service and other kitchen staff to help prepare and serve meals for our students. This role assists with food preparation, serving, cash register operation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, enjoys interacting with students and staff, and represents Central Christian Academy with professionalism and a commitment to excellent service.

This role will provide direction and instruction for students in the absence of the regularly assigned teacher. The Substitute Teacher will be responsible for teaching the lesson plans assigned by the regularly assigned teacher. Additionally, the Substitute Teacher will be responsible for fostering an appropriate learning environment for the students to which they are assigned. This is an on-call, hourly position with guaranteed pay for either half or full days, depending on the assignment.
