HIGH SCHOOL

CCA High School (grades 9–12) prepares students for college and life beyond graduation by shaping Christ-centered character, challenging them academically, and developing the critical thinking skills needed to lead with confidence.

CCA’s high school program (grades 9–12) is designed to prepare students for success in college, career, and life beyond graduation. Rooted in a Christ-centered foundation, students are challenged through a rigorous academic environment that strengthens critical thinking, deepens understanding, and cultivates strong Christian character.

As students progress through high school, they are guided through intentional academic pathways that support both challenge and readiness. With options that include a standard diploma track aligned with Kansas Scholars expectations and a distinguished track featuring honors, AP, and dual credit opportunities, students are equipped to pursue their postsecondary goals with confidence. Through partnerships offering significant college credit opportunities, many students graduate having already earned substantial credit toward their degree.

Beyond the classroom, students are encouraged to grow as leaders, servants, and engaged members of their community. A wide range of extracurricular opportunities, including athletics through KSHSAA competition, allows students to develop teamwork, discipline, and resilience. With dedicated college counseling and faculty mentorship, the high school experience at CCA is intentionally shaped to support both academic achievement and personal growth.

HIGH SCHOOL Academics

Academic classes at Central Christian Academy High School are designed to engage, challenge, spark curiosity, and help our 9th -12th grade students begin to refine and develop the gifts and talents God has given them. CCA requires students to successfully complete 26 credits in Bible, Math, English, History, Science and required electives. Each high school student has the opportunity to complete the True Compass assessment which provides career and aptitude testing, interest inventories, and values profiles from a Christian perspective. CCA’s Portrait of a Graduate illustrates the goals that our faculty have for the graduates.
